Meet Phyllis Matyjewicz, Principal and our Finance
and Controls guru. Phyllis has many years of progressive and
diversified hands-on experience in global finance, controls, accounting
and administration and has demonstrated strong analytical and
organizational skills. She is experienced in a wide array of functions
and areas including asset and cash management, investment management,
bank and factor relations, insurance and benefits, budgeting, general
accounting, auditing, reporting, taxation, credit and collections,
computer-based information systems, purchasing, payroll and personnel.
She was formerly Chairman of the Finance Committee for a 562-unit
condominium association, where she instituted financial
controls and oversaw the management company, reporting to the Board of
Directors. She has also served as President of a
condominium association in New York.
